Take care of your body, avoid negative outlets. It may be tempting but working with yourself and focusing on both your mental and physical health by eating more nutritiously and exercising regularly, is going to benefit you more in the long run than a one time outlet of stress that drinking or drugs can offer.
Relaxing your brain and body in a comfortable environment
How do you develop resilience?
Connect with empathetic people who are willing to support you. Yes, it's hard to find people who encourage you sometimes, but take a close look at your group of friends and family and work on creating a stronger bond with them.

Resilience and Coping
This shows that things are clearly turning worse and there must be reason. One reason that has been discussed is that the current education system did well in the past but with the newer generations it does not work as well and it has not been changed. This can be fixed by schools considering pupils' mental health more and trying to move forward into the future with more open ideas on education.

If you do not get help with bad mental health it will continue to evolve into a worse and worse problem. Again motivation is a vital part of change. To be able to change you need the correct and healthy mindset. To be able to achieve this getting help will make it so much easier. Often you need the perspective of someone else to able to understand said topic. If you are keeping to youself all you are doing is letting the negativity brew.
How does poor mental health affect...
Mental health impacts your social health a lot. When someone is not doing well mentally the first instinct is to shut yourself out of the outside world and stay away from people, even the ones you love. To those who do not know what you are going through this may be confusing and you may slowly grow apart from the lack of communication. This may make you lose the people who tried to help you, making the end result worse.

Mental health is crucial for motivation. Without motivation many things will feel impossible, including staying healty. Stress in the brain also puts a lot of on the body. Too much stress has been proven to weaken the immune sytsem as well as making certain conditions more likely to get in the future. (For example: heart diseases, alzheimer's disease, depression ect)
