WATER MANAGEMENT PROYECT

-Latitude: 45º 8´05"-Longitude: 60º 4´31.5 "-Surface: 68,000 km2-It´s ubicated in Uzbekistan and parts of Taykistan-Climate zone: Arid and semi arid

Location

-Uzbekistan -Tajikistan -Turkmenistan -Kazakhstan -Afghanistan -Iran

Countries involved

-Over irrigation of cotton and rice.- Water mismanagement.-The soviet union was dissolved increasing water consumption due to agriculture.

Problem

-Climate change.- The drastic re direction of weather.-Intensive Irrigation of cotton.

Cause

• Reduce number of fish on the rivers and seas.
• Everything related to agriculture
• Growing season is shorter

Consequences

A posible solution is for the countries that formed the soviet union to unify again (in terms of water consumption), so that, in this way, excessive use of water in agriculture can be reduced.
