Some animals are well-known symbols that make people think of certain countries. They may be national animals that appear on flags, coins or stamps because they have a special meaning. They might also be animals that only live in that country or imaginary animals from traditional folk tales.

what to do:
1. In groups of two, choose a national animal.2. You have to create an oral presentation of minimum 3 minutes explaining your national animal. (Each member should talk for at least 1.5 minutes). 3. You must create a poster to accompany your oral presentation. 4. The poster should illustrate with pictures, drawings and some key words why it is the national animal of a country. 5. Use the questions given to help you.
