Other ideas to consider:

Lots of verbal instuction.

Read alouds and music will also be incorporated into the classroom enviornment.

The importance of addressing students by their first name.

There is ample amount of walking space between desks and different areas, so the students will be able to move about the room with less issues.

Providing students with a map of the room with specific areas labeled in braille, if they would like, before the first day of school. That way students can feel more prepared and comfortable walking into a new space.
