What is Google Forms?
Google Forms is a free tool from Google that allows you to create simple or in-depth online surveys and quizzes that can be accessed through a link in an email, WhatsApp message, Zoom chat, etc. After the form has been sent, you can sit back and watch the results come in as all responses to your questions are neatly organized in a spreadsheet which makes sorting and analyzing data a more efficient process. All the form data is automatically stored in Google Sheets and saved in Google Drive. This means you can access them wherever you go, from any device.

In Google Drive, click New > hover down with your pointer to find Google Forms

SHARE (Add collaborators)
Use the Share (Add collaborators) option if you want others to be able to edit the form.
SEND
SEND (invitation to fill out the form)
Use 'Send' if you want others to respond to the items in the form.
Option 1: If you have a list of emails, you can add them here...
Option 2: Copy and share the link via Zoom or any messaging app
Use this option to shorten the link people will see to access the form.
The link can also be shared over social media apps.
The link can be shared on Zoom chat, WhatsApp, Google Classroom, etc.
