The Langar (free kitchen) was introduced by Guru Nanak. The Langar serves free food regardless of religion, race etc... They serve free vegeterian meals to everyone and The Langar has been run by just volunteers every year and donations. More than thousands of shiks volunteer here every year.

Sewa
Sewa means selfless service and it is believed everyone should do this in Shikism no matter how poor or rich they are. Sewa involves helping others without a personal gain.
Gudwara
Gudwara is a holy building for Shiks in which they gather to worship together. On the other hand, wherever the Guru Granth Sahib is installed is a sacred place for Sikhs, this might be in a private house or a Gudwara.
God
Shiks are monotheism meaning they believe in only 1 God. The name of their God is Waheguru - Wonderful God -. They can also be considered panentheistic as they believe God is present in creation.
