The National Rural Transit Assistance Program (National RTAP) Resource Library provides access to free, high quality technical assistance and training materials for rural and Tribal transit systems. Visit our online library and resource catalog.
Home
National RTAP operates under a cooperative agreement between the Federal Transit Administration and the Neponset Valley Transportation Management Association. We create rural and tribal transit solutions through technical assistance and training.
The National RTAP Resource Library is staffed by Cara Marcus, Manager, and her assistant. We look forward to getting to know you, shipping you resources, and answering your questions.
DVDs, CD-ROMs, and thumb drives are available for many of our training modules. You can order up to 100 discs or 5 thumb drives. Discs can also be placed inside our books.
Transit professionals, researchers, and students are welcome to schedule an appointment to visit the library.
We're here to answer your questions. Call us at 888-589-6821, email us at info@nationalrtap.org, or chat with the Resource Center at the top right corner of our website. We're open Monday-Friday from 9 AM-5 PM ET.
Visit our online library and resource catalog to download free PDFs, access eLearning training, and order books, discs, and thumb drives that can be shipped to you.
