Insert a Google Form in a window or tooltip Have you ever needed to link a survey or form to your genially? Did you know that you can put that form directly in your genially so that your audience can answer right there, without needing to open another web page? How to create a form with Google Forms 1. Go to Google Forms and log in to your Gmail. 2. In the Dashboard, choose a template or start creating a new form. 3. Edit the fields in the form according to what kind of survey you want to carry out. 4. Once finished click on the Send button and choose the send option. Now you'll be able to choose if you want to send it via email, copy the link, or obtain the code. How to insert a document from Google Forms into a window in Genially 1. Open the interactivity tab of the element you wish to make clickable. In other words, when a viewer clicks on that element, the window that contains the form will open. 2. Select the Window tab. 3. Click on the option html. 4. Paste the code you copied before from Google Forms. 5. If you wish to preview the graphic, you can do so by clicking on the html tab once again. 6. Save.

Sharing your genially on Google Classroom From the Panel of your Genially, all you need to do is choose the creation you want to share once it’s ready and published. Click on the share icon that appears when you hover over your creation. A window will appear with 5 options for sharing: link, insert, send via email, social networks and others. Click on “Others”. There, you’ll find the option to share directly on Google Classroom. Once you’ve chosen this option, you’ll be asked to choose which class you want to share with. Another way to share your geniallys on Google Classroom starts from Genially’s Editor. Once you’ve finished creating, click on “All Set” and share your creation (option in the upper-right-hand corner). The same window as described above will appear. From that point on, follow the same steps outlined in our last explanation and choose the class you want to share your creation with. It’s that easy!

Embed a Google Calendar in Genially How to create a Google calendar 1. Open Google Calendar on a computer. 2. To the left, above "My calendars", click on New calendar. 3. Write a name and a description for your calendar. 4. Click on Create calendar. How to get the code of a Google calendar 1. Open Google Calendar on a computer. You can only get the code to insert a calendar in a website from a computer, not from the Google Calendar application. 2. Above on the right, click on the Settings wheel. 3. On the left side of the screen, click on the name of the calendar you want to insert. 4. Copy the iFrame code that appears in the tab "Integrate calendar">"Embed code". 5. Under the insertion code, click on Customize. 6. Choose the options you want and copy the HTML code that appears. How to embed a Google calendar in Genially 1. In the Genially Editor, paste the iframe code you copied earlier in the Embed tab. 2. Adjust the calendar to the desired size.

Embed a graph from Google Sheets We are sure you have used Excel or Google Sheets to create charts which you wanted to show afterwards. In Genially you can do that and also keep it interactive. How to copy the code of a Google Sheet chart 1. Sign in to Google. 2. Type in the necessary data in rows and columns. 3. Select the data and create the chart. You can edit the style and the chart type. 4. Select the chart and display the options . 5. Select Publish chart. 6. Open the Embed tab. 7. Click on Publish. 8. Copy the given code. Embed a Google chart into a pop-up window You can generate a chart into a pop-up window by pasting the code in the HTML section of the window. You can also embed a Google chart into a pop-up window to view it when you click on a specific element in the workspace. 1. Open the interactivity window of the element you want to make clickable. 2. Select the Window section. 3. Click on the html option. 4. Paste the code you previously copied. 5. Click again the html section to preview the chart. 6. Save.

Embed a video from Google Drive With Genially, you can embed or integrate videos stored in Google Drive. That way, the person viewing them can see the videos in the genially itself without needing to open a new browser tab. How to insert a video in a pop-up window First, copy the code of the video saved in Google Drive. Once you have the code of the video, you'll be able to embed the video in a pop-up window of your genially. This way, your audience will only see the video when you (or they) click on a particular element. To do this: 1. Open the interactivity window of the element you wish to make clickable as a button. 2. Choose Window. 3. Select the html tab. 4. Paste the code of the video saved in Google Drive that was obtained in the first part of this article. 5. If you wish to preview the video, you can click on the html tab again. 6. Save.
