Week of 6/21 Schedule Monday, 6/21- Students Full Day Tuesday, 6/22- Students 1/2 Day (Dismissal begins at 11:45) 4th Grade Moving Up 10:15am - Mrs. Dexter & Miss Bier 10:45am- Mr. Hoffay & Mrs. Batista Wednesday, 6/23- Students 1/2 Day (Dismissal begins at 11:45) Rain Date for 4th Grade Moving Up Thursday, 6/24- Students 1/2 Day (Dismissal begins at 11:45) Friday, 6/25- NO SCHOOL FOR STUDENTS

Myer Specials

• In-Person Students:
  • Physical Education (PE)- students will participate in PE in the gymnasium or outdoors 2/cycle, and receive in-class PE 1/cycle, facilitated by the classroom teacher or teaching assistant.
  • Library, Music, Art- special area teachers will push-in to classrooms to teach these content areas in-person on a rotational basis. When the special area teacher is not teaching them in-person, the teacher or TA will facilitate the special and students will complete the activity.
• Remote Students:
  • Students will visit their new Remote Specials Team to complete the activities & assignments according to the letter day schedule.
  • Each special area has its own channel
  • Assignments are all housed in the same team.
  • Reach out to Mrs. Nelson if you/your child has difficulties accessing the team or assignments.

PTA MeetingThursday, June 17th 6pm Zoom The year is almost over! But we still have one more very important PTA meeting left! Please note the date change, as we were notified that our scheduled meeting had conflicted with the Little Red Schoolhouse Preschool orientation, which affects many of our parents. Our June PTA meeting will now be held via Zoom on Thursday, 6/17, at 6:00. Once again, it is vital we have members join us for this meeting as we will need to vote on our slate of officers for next year and vote on next year's budget. See zoom link below. We are still seeking officers for next year. Being a PTA officer is not only fun and rewarding, but it really is not as daunting as people might think! As a reminder, if we do not have, at minimum, a president, a treasurer, and a secretary, we will have to dissolve our PTA and subsequently will lose all of our funding and ability to help support Myer!! I know none of us want that to happen! Please reach out if you have any questions and/or if you are considering helping Myer PTA by being on our board! Daily COVID-19 Health Screening Please remember to complete your child's daily COVID-19 Health Screening on each day of in-person instruction. Check your email daily and click the link for each child to complete this survey before your child arrives at school. Please refer to this guide which outlines when to keep your child home and when they can return. Please notify the help desk (943-3020) if you do not receive this screening form in your email.

Food Service is treating our school to a BBQ! Instead of the regular menu items, students are able to choose a hotdog, hamburger, or cheeseburger, and enjoy baked beans, watermelon, fruit punch, and milk, on Friday 6/18!
