The mediterranean diet
The mediterranean diet is a known as the way of eating based on an idealization of some dietary patterns of Mediterranean countries.The main characteristics of this diet are a high consumption of vegetables products( fruits, vegetables, legumes, nuts ) bread and other cereals, olive oil as the main fat, vinegar and consumption of wine in moderate quantities.
