Call to Adventure: On February 11th, 2525, the Covenant attacked humankind. Chief would be forced to help defend against the alien invasion.

Freedom to Live: Chief has always earned the right to live life as he chooses. He has killed millions but in return to saves billions. He chooses to fight for the safety of others.

Road of Trials: One of Chiefs' biggest trials was the destruction of the halo ring. He was tasked to stop the covenant from activating the halo ring or else a huge genocide will occur and kill everything in sight.

THE SAGE Quest: After the human covenant war, his personal A.I, Cortana goes haywire. She joins the side of the forerunners and his current mission is to find out her intentions. Fear: John's fear is that he won’t be able to save her because she might get too strong where he might not be able to help anymore.

THE ORPHAN Task: The relationship between John and Cortana was strong as diamonds but her being an A.I became corrupted. John doesn’t want to accept the truth that he might be alone without her. He doesn’t know that the human and Sword of Sanghelios all need to help each other to fight Cortana. Virtue: Even though the story isn’t finished, he has the humans and the Sword of Sanghelios to help him retrieve and help Cortana.

Do not give up a fight you know you can’t win. If you gave up without trying, you’d regret it and it’ll haunt you. You have to keep on fighting and moving on. Don’t stand still and give up, keep pushing forward and when the time comes, the fight you “couldn’t” win was winnable from the start. This lesson will stand the test of time and is for anybody that has a big foe they want to defeat. Mostly it’s the demon inside them that they need to fight.
