French crêpes recipe

Ingredients

  • 400 g flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 50 g butter or 1 dl neutral oil (sunflower)
  • 75 cl milk
  • some butter for frying

Equipment

  • a bowl
  • a whisk
  • a pan (flat is better but it also works with others)
  • a ladle
  • a spatula

Step 1

Weigh the flour (400 g) and put it in a bowl.

Step 2

Make a "hole" in the middle of the flour and add the eggs and melted butter (or oil)

Step 3

Pour in the milk little by little and mix with energy

Step 4

Let the dough rest for 30 minutes

Step 5

Place a little butter in the hot pan.Pour a ladle of dough into a pan and slide the dough over the entire surface.

Step 6

When one side is cooked, the pancake must be turned over. If you're a champion you can blow it up, otherwise you flip it with a spatula

Step 7

When both sides are cooked, you put it on a plate and move on to the next!
