Canvas Support: Canvas is new to all of us! Learning to use and navigate it will come with some challenges and struggles! I can help answer your questions or troubleshoot any frustrations you encounter. I can also help design your course(s), modules, pages, assignments, etc. Just let me know what you need or what questions you have!

Coaching: Through observations, I will provide feedback, reflective questions, or suggestions. After an observation, we can reflect on instructional practices and student learning. As your coach, I can help provide guidance and support where wanted or needed in a safe, non-judgmental, confidential setting! I can also serve as another pair of hands for a lesson or another pair of eyes to track instructional or student concerns. I do observe ALL classroom teachers, but you can reach out to me to request an observation if you would like specific feedback while I observe!

Reflect and Collaborate: Through conversation and observation, we can reflect on instructional practices and student learning together. We can collaboratively bounce innovative ideas off one another and I will lend an open and confidential ear for topics of your choice. I will also celebrate your successes in the classroom!

Model or Co-Teach: After planning cooperatively, we can teach a lesson together and reflect. Or if you need to see a lesson or strategy in action, I can demonstrate that for you in your classroom or set up a time for you to view another teacher in action (with permission, of course). Some of the best professional development comes from the teachers within our buildings!

Student Feedback Support: I can provide ideas and support for providing constructive and meaningful student feedback. I can assist in implementing and managing progress monitoring students within the classroom as well.

Lesson Planning: Through conversation, we can collaboratively plan a lesson or series of lessons that meet best practices and essential learning standards. I can help design choice assignments, tiered activities, or assessments for differentiation. I can assist in planning/structuring small group instruction or a workshop approach in ELA or Math.

Resource Support: Have a grand idea, but not enough time to implement? Want to try out or find something new/different, but not sure where to start? I can hunt for those hard to find resources, materials, tools, lesson components and ideas for you!

Professional Development; Want to learn more about a topic or tool? Want to improve or stretch your teacher efficacy? I can provide PD for you or guide you to the professional development you want and need!

PLC Support: The beauty of the PLC process is that it grows from the idea of building collective efficacy. Both the individual member and the team will strengthen their practice as a result of genuine and in-depth dialogue of student learning. I join different PLC teams each week to provide coaching, but if you would like support in improving or growing your PLC, I would be happy to assist in that!

Data Analysis: Let's look at student data together in a reflective, supportive setting. We can collaboratively analyze formative or summative assessments to make instructional decisions and determine what steps to take next for our students to ensure that all students are making growth towards mastery of Essential Learning Standards!
