  • The problem was that after some of the workers retired or had been working for too many years, at the end of a certain period they began to suffer from various diseases or end up with disabilities, so they had to come up with a plan to change this, that's how Hawthorne Studies began.
  • It all started in the 20s century in Western Electric's Hawthorne Chicago, there was a phenomenon that began to worry bosses.
