UPGRADE

ALPHA UPGRADE FROM NORDSON SIGNATURE® & SUMMIT® This upgrade allows customers using UM25 Nordson® modules with Signature® or Summit® Nozzles to migrate to a much cleaner and controllable spray pattern, similar to what ITW Dynatec® calls “Omega”TM. This upgrade improves continuous application and it requires the replacement of both module and the nozzle.

6 AIR Jets

Our Nozzle is an insert-based stainless-steel nozzle, therefore, by using blank inserts, the customer can configure the nozzle as he wants, closing the outputs not required by the application. Also, if one of the outputs is damaged, it is enough with changing just the damaged insert, which reduces the maintenance costs to our customers. In addition, the adhesive channel in these nozzles has a longer extrussion, ensuring a consistent pattern with lower grammage levels.

The main advantage that we provide is that we have inserts with 6 air orifices per adhesive stream which provides a higher frequency on the swirl, which allows customers benefit from a higher bonding as the number of crossing points of the swirl pattern increases. This feature also allows the end users to run the machine at higher speeds.
