What results are expected during the project and on its completion?

How will the tasks and responsibilities be distributed among the partners?
1) Organization (planning and implementation) of the plan and initial training on entrepreneurship skills. 2) Establish contents and methodology of the lines on leadership through the EntreComp and the inclusion line from the EntreComp. These include activities like plays, micro stories, ... 3) Organization of Staff Training, in which different workshops will be held on EntreComp, their applications in teaching and methodological lines to be followed by schools. 4) Establish the general lines of the Hackathons to be carried out in each of the meetings, marking what each school must show to the rest to facilitate the evaluation (meetings with the management team, families, observation of activities, meetings with institutions, visits to the environment, ...) 5) Establish the structure of the evaluations to be carried out in the hackathons as well as the model document where the results of the evaluations are collected. 6) Establish the model document on which to develop the improvement plan by the center, once the meeting has been organized and the evaluations of the partners have been received.
The Spanish school as coordinator and ideologist of the project, has among its tasks and responsibilities:
To sum up
+ The Portuguese school will be in charge of coordinating the e-Twinning space, creating and maintaining the project website, recording in it all the progress and content that is generated. + The Romanian school will be in charge of preparing the different progress evaluations of the project (initial, intermediate and final) making them, analyzing the results and generating reports on the matter. +The Italian school will be in charge of the publicity of the project, making reports and press releases that will be sent to the partners and these in turn to the different media in their respective areas so that our project has a presence .

+ First evaluation + In March 2021 each partner school will select two teachers for a “quality control group”, that group will be responsible for monitoring quality throughout the project. They will meet to discuss the progress of the project during international Learning, Teaching, Training activities, summarize the results and suggest possible improvements. During the first international Learning, Teaching, Training activity in Spain (October 2021).they will also decide on a list of quality parameters that can be used for testing the level of success during the project. A quality plan will be written at the start of the project (March 2021), and will be continually updated.
