On August 25, 2020, the European Commission convenes 2 new Erasmus + lines to respond to the demands that the Covid-19 pandemic has brought. Specifically, the lines are for school associations to work on digital education and school associations to work on creativity. The latter should seek:Generate new skills and strategies in youthIntroducing creativity in education (adaptation ability)Promote quality, innovationContribute to the creation of young jobs, sustainable development and social inclusion

Develop guidance and inclusion plans for students at risk of dropping out of the education system based on EntreComp evaluations.

Develop a plan to train leaders among the students who have obtained the best results in EntreComp with a theme based on European citizenship.

Develop practical training in EntreComp among teachers and students that ends with an assessment in which we assess the entrepreneurial skills in our students between 13 and 16 years old

Establish changes in the official documents of the schools, from a creative and collaborative process, so that the transformation is possible. Thus, a hackathon will be organized in each participating school. In this activity, the students and teachers of the visiting centers put their entrepreneurial skills into practice by observing and identifying the strengths and areas for improvement in each school. Subsequently, the students and teachers of each visiting school have to meet to make a cooperative evaluation report of the visited school and its environment. With the help of these reports and the entrepreneurial skills acquired, the students and teachers of the visited school will cooperatively develop a plan to improve the center to transform certain aspects, which will be transferred (in part or in whole) to the educational project.

+ The teachers involved in the project and other teachers who commit themselves will develop theoretical and practical leadership and entrepreneurship training+ The teachers of the project, with the students who have good scores in the assessment, they will develop specific training to work on leadership. In the same way, this training will be practical and the results will be obtained from it, sometimes linked to artistic expressions such as: micro stories, small performances, models, presentations, ...

+To get that a part of the school staff receives basic EntreComp training so that they can implement and integrate them into the curricula of the subjects.+Carry out evaluations of the students to make a report on the levels of the entreComp and identify students who due to their results are likely to be selected.+ Make an EntreComp plan in each school based on training at EntreComp. The training will be practical (workshops and dynamics) and results will be obtained from it, sometimes linked to artistic expressions such as: micro stories, small performances, models, presentations, ...

+ We are going to design guidance and counseling plan to these students. We will be based on the entrepreneurship competencies where the students stand out with the aim to involve again these students.

How will the tasks and responsibilities be distributed among the partners?

The Romanian school will be in charge of preparing the different evaluations of the project (initial, intermediate and final) making them, analyzing the results and generating reports on the matter.

The Italian school will be responsible for the publicity of the project, generating reports and press releases that will be sent to the partners and these in turn to the different media in their respective areas so that our project has a presence .

+ The Portuguese school will be in charge of coordinating the e-Twinning space and of creating and maintaining the project website, recording in it all the progress and content that is generated.

+ The Spanish school assumes the coordination of the creativity and EntreComp training. It will also be in charge of establishing the base document that organizes the Hackathons of each meeting (documents on which to make the observation and evaluation, script of the improvement plans to be carried out)

To sum up

The Spanish school as coordinator and ideologist of the project, has among its tasks and responsibilities:

1) Organization (planning and implementation) of the plan and initial training on entrepreneurship skills.2) Establish contents and methodology of the lines on leadership through the EntreComp and the inclusion line from the EntreComp. These include activities like plays, micro stories, ...3) Organization of Staff Training, in which different workshops will be held on EntreComp, their applications in teaching and methodological lines to be followed by schools.4) Establish the general lines of the Hackathons to be carried out in each of the meetings, marking what each school must show to the rest to facilitate the evaluation (meetings with the management team, families, observation of activities, meetings with institutions, visits to the environment, ...)5) Establish the structure of the evaluations to be carried out in the hackathons as well as the model document where the results of the evaluations are collected.6) Establish the model document on which to develop the improvement plan by the center, once the meeting has been organized and the evaluations of the partners have been received.

Of course, each school will be responsible for the organization of its meeting. Their main objective will be the development of the creative hackathon. However, this activity will be combined with different workshops on entrepreneurship competence.On this way, we have planned that each meeting be thematic, thus, as the EntreComp are divided into three big subcompetencies ( a-. Ideas and opportunities, b-. Resources,c-. Taking action), each meeting will focus on one of these groups. This is defined in the implementation of the project and in the meeting calendar. On this premise, each school plans and organizes its meeting.

First steps

+ First evaluation+In March 2021 each partner school will select two teachers for a “quality control group”, that group will be responsible for monitoring quality throughout the project. They will meet to discuss the progress of the project during international Learning, Teaching, Training activities, summarize the results and suggest possible improvements.During the first international Learning, Teaching, Training activity in Spain (October 2021).they will also decide on a list of quality parameters that can be used for testing the level of success during the project. A quality plan will be written at the start of the project (March 2021), and will be continually updated.
