Hi guys,

We are the Koitians and we are going to teach you what the water footprint is and how to help the planet with what we eat.

Hugs!

How is each produced?

- Beber

- Cocinar

Es apróximadamente por día unos: 140 litros.

What steps should I take?

Instead of eating meat every day, eat meat only twice a week

Instead of eating a 200 g beef eat a 100 g one

Vegetables give you more calories per litre of water spent in their production, then animal products.
