INGREDIENTS
while I prepare the accompanying soup
I toss the noodles into the soup until they get soft
while the soup is making I boil eggs for later
·When it starts to boil, we remove the foams or impurities that will rise to the surface, I remove the bones and the chicken and after fifteen minutes, we lower the heat to a minimum and let it cook for another hour over low heat but keeping the boil. .
·We clean the vegetables very well, peel the carrots anda I cut them . We put them in a tall casserole or kettle, also adding the ingredients. I complete the pot with water. I put on fire for about an hour
