The orphanage

INTRODUCTION
The story is based on the arrival of a nurse named John at an orphanage which was formerly a hospital. In that orphanage there is a fourth floor, which is abandoned because of something that happened before.
One night John has to stand guard at the orphanage and begins to hear strange noises at the top of the building and little power cuts. He thought it was children and he went to the bedrooms to see what was happening. As John went upstairs he saw that the children were sleeping and he was surprised and saw that there was one more floor in that orphanage and it was abandoned. John decided to go.Depending on YOU John will get to know what was happening there and not die or if not be killed.

When John is going up the stairs the light in the orphanage goes out and that makes him unable to reach and try to fix the light.
You will have to solve this operation to fix the light of the orphanage: -Calculate what you can do with a 34N force if you serve a polispast with 4 mobile pulley.

When John goes up to the fourth floor the door is locked with a padlock. There is a long operation he will have to do to get the code and enter and go to the next level.
You will have to factorize a polynomial and the whole result will be the code to enter to the fourth floor.- (x² + 8x +16)

Upon entering the fourth floor, the nurse John finds some pieces of paper on the ground, that has to order to know what the whole fourth floor is like and to know the way to catch the ghost.

When he manages to sort out the map he finds a place in the plant where there are some devices with lights that are broken. He realises that with the map and these devices he could know where he was by detecting the ghost's movements.

After switching on the device John realises that for the devices to work it needs to be at a certain height to work properly. To achieve this he finds a ramp that he will need to climb the devices but he will need to know the amount of force he needs to exert to know if it is possible to climb it.

Finally he knows where the ghost is, which is an old box that was used to hospitalise patients. Then he detects the ghost and finds an old knife in the room next to him. In order to kill him he would have to know how long it would take to get to him so that he would not escape. If he does, he will have trapped the ghost.
As the ghost cannot move at that moment, John has to know exactly how much force he has to exert if the knife weighs 4,55kg and would have an acceleration of 4 m/s. How much force would he have to exert?
