Morals refers to our behavior, right or wrong

FORMING GOOD HABITS To get rid of bad habits and form good ones: Begin the change in behavior as strongly as possible Never stop a new habit before it is firmly fixed in your life Take every chance you get to act on the change

Four steps to help make the right ethical and moral decisions:

  1. Consider all the facts
  2. Determine the moral values or rules that apply to the situation
  3. Always make decisions and act in light of your knowledge of the values and facts
  4. Choose the lesser of two evils

“To know right from wrong, to possess a firm set of values, and the strength to live by those values and do what is right regardless of the consequences”You should already possess a conscience, a sense of justice, and a personal code of conduct

It should be a list of reminders that cause us to practice acceptable behavior Developing permanent good habits is very important
