What are cond. sentences
Índice
Sometimes we call them 'if clauses'. They describe the result of something that might happen (in the present or future) or might have happened but didn't (in the past) . They are made using different English verb tenses.
What are conditional sentences
Main features
1. They are exchangeable2. If conditional clause is in 1st. Place it’s followed by a comma.3. UNLESS used instead of IF NOT. MIXTED CONDITIONALS
What are mixed conditional?A mixed conditional gives a situation and result – but one is in the past, and the other is in the present. We use the 2nd. and 3rd. Conditionals.For example:If we had taken the car, we wouldn’t be lateWe didn’t take the car We are late now (present) (unreal past sit) (3rd.)
