THE CAT WITH BOOTS

The heir regretted his fate. However, everything changed when his cat spoke, he asked his master to buy him a coat and a pair of boots to lift him out of poverty.

The story tells of the death of a miller who inherited a cat from the youngest of his children.

With his cunning, the cat prepares a meeting between his master and the royal family, and, while the marquis overcomes an alleged assault with the help of the king, he goes to the castle of an evil wizard who he deceives and makes him turn into a mouse to devour him and give that castle to its master.

The cat pretends to be a servant of a great marquis and impresses the king, giving him gifts in the name of his master, to whom he gave the name Marqués de Carabás.

THE END

With this feat of the cat with boots, the young man ends up becoming a nobleman, married the princess and lives happily ever after.
