OSCAR WILDE's Biography

  • Dublin in 1854.
  • He attended Trinity College and got a degree at Oxford University.
  • In 1883 he married Costance Lloyd
  • In 1891 he met Lord Alfred Douglas,
  • he had a homosexual relatioship and Wilde was sent to prison for homosexual offences.
  • he was released and he went into exile in France, where he lived his last years in poverty.
  • He died of meningitis in Paris in 1900.
