A slumped posture and hunches shoulders puts uneven pressure on the time. Over time this causes wear and tear on your spinal discs and muscles as well as certain ligaments and joins. It also means that your lungs have less space to expand meaning a tempporary decrease in the amount of oxygen that fills the lungs and filters into the blood. It could even contribute to Cancer, Heart disease Diabetes and Kidney & Liver problems
