A Belgian love song
In this activity we listened to a song chosen by some Belgian students from Heilig Hartinsituut in Leuven and expressed the feelings that the song made us feel without knowing what it was about.
This is the song: Koning Liefde, by Tourist LeMC.
Each of us created or wrote something. We tried to represent the emotions that the song conveyed to us in the way we liked best.
I liked this song. The singer gave me positive feelings. Although it's not my type of music I liked it anyway. Even if i don't understand its lyrics, this song made me think about the pain the singer went through when he was left by his girlfriend and how much he suffered for love.
We have decided to comment the song by talking about the feelings that we got and what made us think about

We are two just like enemies in this painful lovewhich seems like a prison for our feelings. Our eyes are closed in front of the sad truthOf not loving each other anymore. Bitter love full of angry beatsMemories are falling like autumn leaves That fall as past certaintiesfrom me
We thought of writing a poem
by Aurora Di Franco
In this song, I think the author talks about his love over. I don't know its real meaing but I perceive his pain and a little bit of regret for this ended love. In the refrain he repeats "opportunist", so i think he refers to his lover. After listening to it several times, its sound and lyrics remind me those of an Italian singer called Mr. Rain. It's as if they wanted to take me with them, show me what they went through.
