Getting Started

How to download

A device refers to a computer, laptop, iPad, tablet or phone. We recommend you use the desktop app version if using a PC or laptop. Having Teams on other devices as a back up is useful if you experience unexpected tech issues.

Microsoft Teams should work on most internet browsers, however, we recommend Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome.

Finding your way around a team

How to generate a 'join code' for a team

*You may not have permissions to create a team, contact ICTsupport@kwetb.ie for team creation

A new window will open: here you can click to *create a team or join a team with a code.

In the Desktop app, click on the teams button on your left taskbar
