We're all the same .

For what reasons do people bully others? For example, it can be, because of their weight, how a person dresses, what colour of their skin is, what is their gender identity or sexuality, or even because of someone's religion. No matter what visible differences are on the outside we are all the same on the inside. We're all human.

What can bullying do?

Bullying causes a lot of negative effects on the person that's being bullied. For example, it causes many insecurities and can lead to a lot of mental disorders. If you are being bullied don't nothing about it. And most importantly, don't bully others.

Relationships :Friends and family

If you're being bullied don't be afraid to tell your friends and family. They are going to do their best to help you stop that. If you have suspicions or you know that your friend is being bullied, and either tell a trustworthy teacher or convince them to tell that to their family.

Peace Day is celebrated on 30th of July, since 1964.

If you're feeling down and need somebody to talk to, but you don't want to talk to your friends or family about it there's a number that you can anonymously call and talk. In Poland, it's called "Helpline for children and teenagers - Helpline".

In conculsion...

Everyone deserves to be happy! Everyone deserves to be themselves! Everyone deserves to be treated equally! Treat others with respect no matter the appearance. Be kind to others, cause kindness always comes back. The world is a beautiful place despite everything and there are still amazing people.
