How can you know what conditional it is? Take a look at the verbal tense that you have in the sentence. For example: If I eat too much, I __________________ (have) stomachache. We know that Present Simple is combined by: Present Simple (Zero Conditional) => for obvious situations in nature Will (First Conditional) => for probable situations If I eat too much, I will have stomachache. If I were rich, I __________________ (buy) a solar plane. We know that Past Simple is combined by: Would (Second Conditional) => for improbable situations If I were rich, I would buy a solar plane.

When the restrictions are lifted, we'll be able to travel around the world. What countries would you like to visit? Think of 10 countries that you want to visit and say what you will do there. Use the 1st conditional. If/When I visit....

Molly is 25 years old and works as a shop-assistant. She lives alone in her flat. She usually works from 9am to 6pm, then goes to the gym and at 8pm is usually at home. She has dinner and watches TV before she falls asleep int he sofa. But last thursday, a new neighbour knocked at her door. He introduced himself and invited her to an inauguration party of his new flat. She wasn't sure about going because she is shy and liked her daily routine. However in the end, he managed to convince her. She met new people there, she danced all night, she drank a little bit and she had a lot of fun. At 4am she went home and fell asleep still dressed. The next morning at 10am she woke up and didn't know where she was or what day it was. Suddenly she remembered that she should be at work! She had a shower, she got dressed in new clean clothes, she ate something and she rushed to her car. She drove so fast in the motorway that a police officer started chasing her. When she approached a traffic light, she couldn't stop on time and she ran over an old lady!! She almost killed her. The lady was sent to hospital and the officer fined Molly and took her to the police station. Write 8 sentences explaining what would have happened if Molly hadn't gone to the party.
