ROI OF COACHING CIRCLESGlobal Survey Results
In November 2020, close to 100 current and recent participants of coaching circles in over a dozen countries were surveyed to assess the impact of their experience from the perspective of their own individual performance and development, as well as its contribution to team and organizational results. The survey was done in collaboration with Martina Lupo and supervisor Luigina Sgarro as part of her thesis work for the University of Tor Vergata in Rome. The report describes the results of the survey in the three main areas of investigation:
