1. Raise awareness for sustainable development and lifestyles in harmony with nature 2. Make individual contribution to sustainability 3. Learn from the experience of older family members.4. Develop cooperative learning. 5. Describe and compare past, present and future situations. 6. Express opinions and draw conclusions.

Goals

1- Students do some research on sustainable development goals ( SDG) and they focus on sustainable consumption(goal 12): facts, figures and targets. 2. Survey: students prepare their own questionnaire to learn about their parents and grandparents´ habits in the past related to consumption. 3. Description of past and present situations. Expressing opinions and drawing conclusions. Description of sustainable future vs unsustainable future. Finally, students decide what they want to do to become responsible consumers.

STEPS

4. Final task: students can choose how they want to present this information (a video, a power point, a sketch, a poster, etc...). It has to include 3 parts: past , present and future . 5. Students give a presentation in class. 6. Self evaluations and team peer evaluations. Students will fill forms out individually.
