Gingerbread Ingredients: 200 grams of honey 150 grams of sugar 100 grams of butter 15 grams of baking soda 60 ml of milk 800 grams of wheat flour 15 grams of powdered chocolate 2 grams of nutmeg powder 2 grams of cloves powder 10 grams of cinnamon powder 5 grams of powdered ginger 2 eggs Preparation mode: Mix the honey, sugar and butter and cook until the butter melts. Turn it off and set it aside. Add the baking soda to the milk, mix and set aside. Sift the flour, chocolate and spices. Reserve. In a separate bowl, place half the flour mixture. Add the honey mixture, slightly beaten eggs and the milk with the baking soda and mix everything with a wooden spoon until it forms a cream. On a surface, place the rest of the flour mixture and the cream in the bowl. Mix with your hands until the flour is completely incorporated. Refrigerate the dough in a plastic bag for two hours. Before use, leave at room temperature. Roll out the dough on a floured surface. Cut with the desired cutter to obtain the shapes (star shape, gingerbread man doll, heart and Christmas tree) and place on a rectangular baking sheet. Bake on a rectangular baking sheet in an oven preheated to 180 ° C. The average time is approximately 10 minutes, but it depends on the size of the cookies, so it is necessary to keep an eye out until the dough is golden on top and underneath (open the oven to make sure).
