While flavors are banned in vape devices that contain prefilled pods, like JUUL pods, the flavor ban does not apply to disposable vapes or refillable pods/tanks like the Suorin drop.

This is a popular disposable vape device. Disposable vapes come in different shapes and styles, but many copy the sleek design of the JUUL. Disposable vapes can still be sold in flavors, which has caused them to increase in popularity among youth.
