¿ QUÉ ES?
WHAT IS IT?
CLIMATE CHANGE
It is a change in the pattern of water, and related to changes in oceans, land surfaces and ice sheets, occurring over short time or longer.
¿CÓMO Y QUIÉN LO PRODUCE?
HOW AND WHO DOES IT PRODUCE?
The climate change: it occurs when a harmful substance or energy is emitted into Earth's atmosphere. Although some contamination occurs naturally, human activity is responsible for a large aumont of atmospheric pollution.
CONSECUENCIAS
CONSEQUENCES
The burning of forests, industrial activity and the use of vehicles all release gases, which worsen the greenhouse effect.
THE GREENHOUSE EFFECT
THINNING OFTHE OZONE LAYER
This clorine molecules from CFC gases rise up as far as the stratosphere , where they are broken up and release chlorine atoms, wich destroy ozone molecules.

Subtítulo Genial
Industrial and human activity release sulphur dioxide and nitrogen oxides into the atmosphere. The wind carries them to other areas. The sulphur dioxide and nitrogen oxides react with water and oxygen to form sulphuric and nitric acids.
ACID RAINS
Caused by the thinning of the ozone layer can increase the risk of getting skin cancer.
Can cause respiratory problems.
Can damage psychological health.
Are causing damage to large rural and urban areas and leading to habitat destruction in many areas.
Are causing many areas to be destroyed and to be uninhabitable for both humans and wildlife.
Air quality
Noise and light pollution
Rising sea levels
Ultraviolet radiation
Droughts and heatwaves
Are causing coastal flooding and some islands and coastal regions to become submerged.
Extreme weather events
¿CÓMO PODEMOS ARREGLARLO?
HOW CAN WE FIX IT?
INDIVIDUAL ACTION:
When a group of people work together to fight pollution. Governments and institutions can promote action through international agreements and campaigns for social responsivility directed at the largest polluters.
Things we can do in our daily lives:classifing and recycling waste materials, saving energy, buying sustainable products and locally-produced goods, reducing our meat consumption, walking, cycling or taking transport instead of travelling by car.
