In PET writing paper part two, you must write two texts: an informal email (compulsory) and a short story or an article. Both texts must be 100 words long (more or less 10 lines) You have 45 minutes to write both texts (20 minutes each + 5 minutes for revision) We are going to see how to write a good letter and a good short story in the following pages.
How to write an informal email
Watch the video.Write down some notes on your exercise book. Then go to the next page and answer the questions

Example
- Give a title to your story
- Your story must begin with the same sentence given in the task (you CAN'T change it)
- Exposition: Who? 1 person Where? in the sea What? he was swimming/he could see an island
- Middle action: what happened? did he reach the island or not? How? why?
- Resolution : your ending, be creative!
Assignement
Now you are ready to write your email and your short story. Remember to write 100 words (longer texts won't be corrected, I will count up to 100 and stop the correction there! so you will lose marks) Remember to divide your texts in paragraphs Submit your work on Classroom, a google page has been created for you
