What is Isautier?

ISAUTIER• Created in 1845,the family owned isautier distillery is the first large-scale indistrial plant in réunion to still be in operation. Between tradition and modernity Isautier is the island's prenium rum

Strengths

Opportunities

During this health crisis, Isautier make hand sanitizer instead of their alcohol. Isautier has managed to adapt to this situation. Their are not realy affected by the covid 19 like the other companies.Isautier export their rhum and punchs globaly in Europe and Asia to stand out from competition. These exports represent 30% of their market.Isautier makes new rhum flavours to also stand out from competition especially with Rhum Charette.

Weaknesses

• Isautier is a small company

• There isn't much brand recognition among young people

• Isautier represents only 10% of the local government compared to 90% for its main competitor, Rhum Charette

Threats

Production times are too long. Isautier have strong competitors on the market. Products are not accessible for all people, we need to be of legal age to consume the products. Limited choice of products for online delivery.
