4. Surlignez les verbes au prétérit simple et au prétérit BE + V-ing de deux couleurs différentes. Que remarquez vous sur la traduction du prétérit BE + V-ing?

  • I ............................. walking down the street when the phone rang.
  • She ......................... cooking when she heard a noise.
  • You ......................... writing a letter when the window opened itself.
  • They ........................ having dinner when a surprise guest arrived.

3. En fonction de la phrase, surlignez en vert le verbe qui sera au prétérit simple (action ponctuelle) et en rose le verbe qui sera au prétérit BE + V-ing (action de contexte).

1. Choisissez entre WAS et WERE en fonction du pronom pour compléter la phrase.
