The Mosque-Cathedral of Córdoba is the most important monument in the entire Islamic West and one of the most amazing in the world. Its history summarizes the complete evolution of the Umayyad style in Spain, in addition to the Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque styles of Christian construction.
Medina Azahara, Castilianization of the name in Arabic, مدينة الزهراء Madīnat al-Zahrā, was a palatine or aulic city that ordered the construction of the first Caliph of Córdoba, Abderramán III, about 8 km outside of Córdoba in a northwesterly direction, to the feet of Sierra Morena.
Alcazar of the Christian Kings
The Alcázar of the Christian Kings is a military building in the city of Córdoba, Spain, located on one of the banks of the Guadalquivir River. The monarch Alfonso XI of Castile ordered its construction in 1328 on the old Andalusian Alcazar, formerly the residence of the Roman governor and customs.
The Roman bridge of Córdoba is located over the Guadalquivir river as it passes through Córdoba, and connects the Campo de la Verdad neighborhood with the Cathedral neighborhood

The Viana Palace is a palace-museum of the city of Córdoba, located in the Santa Marina neighborhood. It was declared an Asset of Cultural Interest in the Monument category on March 27, 1981. The palace was built in the 15th century and has been expanded over the centuries.

Flamenquín is a typical dish from the city of Córdoba, Spain, consisting of pieces of Serrano ham rolled into pork loin ribbons, battered in breadcrumbs and later fried in vegetable oil.
Fried milk is a sweet typical of Spanish gastronomy made from flour cooked with milk and sugar until it is thickly prepared, cutting the resulting dough into portions that are later fried. It is usually served regularly as a dessert, sprinkled with sugar and cinnamon powder.
