- The languages are similar, because they both come from Latin.
- The alphabet.
- They both use the euro.
- The gastronomy is similar.
- The two languages are among the most widely spoken in the world
- They practice the same sports and the most popular is soccer in both: In France the most popular sports are: Soccer, basket, tennis… like here, we practise the same sports and there also the most famous is soccer. In France there are some great and famous soccer teams like Paris Saint Germain and Olympique de Marsella. PSG has won many trophies from different competitions such as the league, the super cup... but it does not have any Champion League, despite the fact that it has fantastic players like Neymar, Ángle di Maria, Mbappé and more. On the other hand, Marseille has won a Champion League, although it has the same leagues as PSG. In Spain we have some incredible french football players like Antoine Griezzman, Umttiti, Lenglet, Varane, Benzema… also in France there are some spanish football players like Cesc Fábregas, Ander Herrera, Pablo Sarabia and more.

- They both belong to the European Union and are in Europe.
- The character of the people is similar.
- The time is the same in both countries.
- We have the same stereotypes about ourselves: that we are the most messy, disorganized and lazy in the world.
- The languages are similar, because they both come from Latin, although there are words that are very different.
- The economic and cultural development are similar.
- They are both on the Iberian Peninsula.
- The weather is similar.

- In Spain we use some words that come from Italian like: Mafia, pizza, pistacho, pesto, birra, casino, mozzarella, lasaña …
- Also in Italy they use words that come from Spanish like: Torero, matador...
- And of course there are some words in Spanish and in Italian that have the same origin (the Latin) such as: Bis and bis (second time), ultimátum and in extremis, lapsus and lapsus...
