A long time ago the Tatars attacked Lublin. People, fleeing the Tatars, forget to take their food. They were afraid that they would starve. Sutddenly they heard a goat's voice. They were saved! People drank goat's milk for days. They decided to put a goat in the coat of arms of the city. Lublin residents asked the painter to paint them coat of arms with a goat. The painter made a mistake and painted a goat.
