Artists Reaching Classrooms was a year-long programs that involved 20 living artists and annual student exhibitions.

A two-week residency that featured black lartists likelike jazz vocalist Carla Cook to honor Robert S. Duncanson.

3rd Sunday Funday - Turkey Day

A symposium organized for the landmark exhibition, Daubigny, Monet, Van Gogh: Impressions of Landscape.

A monthly family program with child-friendly themes thatinclude interactive and multi-sensory experiences.

Alysia Nicole Harris led a poetry workshop at Elementz, an urban arts center in Cincinnati.

The annual Flimp Festival featured a chalk drawing competition for students of all ages.

A monthly book club about art and artists, including presentations and interviews with featured authors.

High School Poetry Slam: Mary Lyons

Mary Lyons won first place in this year's poetry slam competition. Lyons is shown alongside a painting by Guy Carleton Wiggins, Sherman Square, ca. 1925.

High School Art Exhibition

Slam Poetry Competition

Students from the Muscogee County School District were invited to submit art for monthly exhibitins held at the Museum.

Inspired by works of art in the collection, high school students competed in an annual poetry slam competition.

Family Fun Day

Wonderful Wednesdays

Family Fun Day was a museum-wide program that featured artists, performers, storytellers, and activities like dress up.

Wonderful Wednesdays engaged young audiences in partipatory programs inspired by thems in the collection.

Girls Inc Partnership

At the Hunter, I formed a great partnership with Girls, Inc, including this camp, Girls Make the Message.

Hunter Happens was a program every Thursday. We were fortunate to feature a local favorite, Flether Bright.

Urban League Partnership

This program was a partnership with the Teen Leadership at the Urban League of Greater Chattanooga. We were fortunate to feature Carrie Mae Weems, who we integrated into the experience.

ARC was a brand new teen council initiative, which helped us to organize programs for teens at the museum.

A third grade tour program I stared for Auburn city schools. We are gathered alongside the famous mural by Bill Baggett.

This Audubon program was the result of a partnership with the Raptor Center at Auburn University. So much fun!
