Ministry of Foreign Affairs receives 800 enquiries on business trips abroad in first week of ‘Conecta International Mobility’.In just five days, this public helpline service that seeks to facilitate international travel for all business owners, workers, professionals and technicians that need to go on international trips despite the severe restrictions stemming from COVID-19, has received close to 700 phone calls and has responded to more than 100 emails. On Friday alone, 170 calls were registered.These figures have forced the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation to strengthen the service with more volunteers from the public authorities to answer the calls to the number 060 (or to +34 911252122 from abroad) from Monday to Friday between 9 am and 2 pm, and to the email address conecta@maec.es
