The lists of the popular petition are resolved third, with 26 seats. I consider the success of the popular petition lists in achieving the third rank a surprise among the followers.

The Ennahda Movement won the most share of seats in the Majlis, with 89 seats, followed by the Congress for the Republic, with 29 seats.

It is a Constituent Assembly consisting of 217 members who were elected by the Tunisians who registered in the elections in the famous announcement. I did not register or were automatically registered because they did not register, which took place on October 23, 2011.

Since the beginning of the works of the Constituent Assembly

Two deputies, the first is Muhammad Brahmi, who was assassinated on July 25, 2013, and the second Muhammad al-Alwash on January 22, 2014, died of a heart attack. The Council held its last session on Thursday 20 November 2014.

Finally, the seal of the constitution was signed by the President of the Tunisian Republic, Moncef Marzouki, Prime Minister Ali Al-Areedh, and President of the National Constituent Assembly Mustafa bin Jaafar in an excellent session on January 27, 2014. With this the constitution was finalized.

Voting on the constitution began chapter by chapter on January 4, 2014

After two years of consultations, writings and dialogues. The ratification of the constitution was completed chapter by chapter on January 23, 2014, while it was ratified in its entirety in a public session on January 25, 2014

Council elections :

The elections for the Constituent Assembly in Tunisia were known as the first democratic and transparent elections in the country's history. It was organized between October 20 and 23, 2011, with the goal of electing 217. 21,686 candidates, representing 1,517 lists between coalition, party and independent. The election campaign started on October 1 and concluded on October 21.
