- Chop the onion or leek, grate the potatoes and simmer with some oil
- Mix mineral water with oil
- Spread a layer with stewed potatoes and onion, sprinkle with some mineral water with oil
- Put another layer on top and repeat
- Fold into a roll and repeat with the rest of the layers and filling
- Put in a pan and spill with the rest of mineral water and oil
- Bake in the pre-heated oven for an hour
- Enjoy the pie!

When the dough is ready, put some oil in a frying pan and when it’s hot, using a spoon, drop in the balls of dough and fry them until they get a golden brown colour. Remove them from the oil and drain on paper towels. Serve them immediately! When they’re hot, they’re yummy!
1st step: dissolve some salt in the water. Put the flour in a medium bowl, create a well in the centre. Place the yeast in the well and add some warm water to dissolve the yeast. Slowly add in the water and mix well with your hands until you get a soft sticky dough. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap, put it in a warm place and let the dough rise for at least 2 hours. The dough must double in size.
Ingredients:• a kilo of whole wheat flour• a stick of fresh brewer’s yeast (25 grams)• a teaspoon of salt• a cup of warm water• oil for frying
