Introduction

The salmorejo: Is a cream usually served as first plate. It’s easy to make.

·INGREDIENTS: -Tomatoes -Ham -Salt -Olive oil -Egg -Bread

·RECIPE: 1.We wash up the tomatoes, we cut then in quarters,we add it to a big bowl and we grind it in a whisk. 2.We strain the sauce to remove the stin pieces and little pips. 3.We cut the bread in small pieces and we add it to the tomatoe cream.We left it take a rest for 10 minutes. 4.We peel the garlick , we quit the centre, and we put it with the cream and bread. 5.We add the olive oil and the salt. 6.We whisk it and then we taste it to know if it is salty enough. 7.Now we put the bowl in the fridge, and let it chill a few hours. 8.We add the ham pieces and the boiled egg pieces too, and we put the olive oil in it. 9.And finally we eat it!
