I think that the most effective speech is Xiuthezcatl's one because delivering a speech to a little audience is already a big deal, but to the presidential candidates, this is just really brave.

Dear Presidential candidates

In my opinion the most effective speech is Greta Thunberg’s speech – How Dare You? because she conveys her anger through her speech, emphasizes important words and pauses to make herself be understood.

For me, the most effective and convincing speech is Malala Yousafzai's speech because she feels totally natural and comfortable when she speaks. Education is the cornerstone of a successful life.

In my opinion, the most effective but also inspiring speech is Flavia Nakabuye’s one.I said that because her speech is directly addressed to adults but also the young and she makes the one who wants to act stand up, showing that there are people who don’t care about climate change.
