In the LMC, scholars wanted to take brain breaks. That included hanging out playing chess, figuring out Rubrik's cubes or learning new STEM devices like Makey Makey.Having choice in free time fosters stronger learning opportunities as well as builds voice and leventually student agency.

Helped lead research initiateives for IB Day at YPLFour Donors Choose projects were implementedAll IB cclasses learned how to access e-books, Office 365 & databasesBooks were borrowed & information fluency classes taughtStudents were taught to be independent users of the library by learning how to search the OPAC (Online Public Access Catalog) by title, author, subject or keyword.Middel school classes were taught how to create electronic book trailers and SWAY presentationsResearch Blue Books were created for independent use Presented STEM in the Library at AASL 2019 Conference Presented 3 staff PDs and two clerical staff PD

6th, 7th and 8th grade classes learned how to code by coming in 2-4 times a week for 6 weeks353 student contacts occurred for password resets due to Covid 19
