The good news is that you can help support each organ system by eating certain foods.
Each organ of our body is responsible for specific functions but food, stress and everyday living can compromise their ability to their jobs effectively.

Food to improve the eyesight
The amount of antioxidants that you maintain in your body is directly proportional to how long the healthy you will be.
Food to improve the lungs health
Food for lung health. Cherry tomatoes, peppers, broccoli, cauliflower, nuts, garlic apple cranberry nutrients vitamins antioxidants
Food to improve the Kidneys
Water is the most important drink for the body. The cells use water to transport toxins into the bloodstream. The kidneys then use water to filter these toxins out and to create the urine that transports them out of the body. A person can support these functions by drinking whenever they feel thirsty
