If you need to go out, stay two meters apart.
Take extra care if you're 'at risk'.
Stay connected with others. You can stay in touch with your phone and your internet-based chat. For your mental health, it is important not to cut off social connections with others altogether.
Do you have symptoms? Keep your distance. You must isolate yourself. You should not leave the house for any reason. If you live alone, you should not leave your home for seven days. If you live with others, you should all be at home for 14 days. If you and your family (or other people you live with) are at home and one of you is sick, that person should try to isolate themselves in a room as far as possible.
