The Outlander

the beach. There, we played handball for a while. Then I said good bye and headed my way home. By the time I arrived home, the sky had cleared up. My mum was still preparing lunch. Thus, I went up to the roof of my house from where I could see most of the village. I was sunbathing, thinking about what will happen when the quarantine ends.

The Outlander

It was very early on Tuesday, when it was still getting light. The weather was awful, cold, rainy and windy. It was bank holiday. My friend Laura spent the night in my house. We had an exam on Monday and we decided to study together. In the morning, I walked her to her house. In the way back home I ran into some friends. We hung about and ended in

There were people, though. Some of them were wearing red caps, some others were wearing blue caps. The ones with red caps where jumping, the ones with the blue caps were running so far from one side to the other of the square in the middle of the park. There was also a group with black shoes who were laughing so loud. It was kinda crazy!

The amusement park

I can't explain how I got to that weird place. It was like an amusement park in the middle of a desert. It looked like it had been abandoned for years and had a futuristic appearence, with a technology unknown for me. It was strange and confusing to find that place in the middle of nowhere, but it was kinda funny to be honest.

I began to do a crossfit circuit in a garden. While I was lifting weight, I saw a shimmering light flying over the mountains behind the park. While it was approaching I could distinguish an unknown flying object. It was shining green and an alien was at the controls. I called NASA but there was no answer.

NOTE

The spaceship landed at the main entrance. An alien got out from it and stopped near the garden where I was. He was picking up flowers next to the doghouse. He just picked up the blue and red roses, but didn't put any attention to other flowers. He sniffed them and sneezed. I was scared and my body was shaking, but I dared to ask him what he was doing in our planet.

The alien

NOTE

Amazingly, he understood our language and with a high-pitched, strident voice he said 'our spaceship has a short of mechanic problem and we landed to ask for help to fix it.' When people around saw the alien they got scared and screamed, but surprinsingly, the alien began to cry doing an umpleasant noise. A little boy felt pitty and offered him the peace of pizza he was eating. It seemed the alien was really hungry because, after smelling it, he bit it off from the boy's hand. The alien was shocked to see people screaming and afraid, thus he worked his magic and lovely, colourful, beautiful flowers came out of his mouth like a stream. The park, which was in a dry and arid landscape, was now like an oasis in the middle of the desert. People calmed down and got closer, they became interesting in the alien and asked him lots of questions about his planet and how life was in there.

The Problem

thinner and thinner, so he took them off. He opened the door and ran away to the spaceship with his colleagues. A police officer realised the alien wasn't in the car. He searched around but couldn't find it. Then, he crossed the bridge over the river and went down to the river. There he found a trace along the river shore that he followed.

The police

Meanwhile, someone had phoned the police to inform them about the incident. They came with a group of scientists, who caught the alien with a huge mousetrap and introduced him into the police car. Then, the policemen interviewed people about the incident. Inside the car, the alien was trying to remove the handcruffs from his nine hands, that became

People warned the alien he was suffocating the poor man, so he stood up and we all saw the sorrow in his face. I felt relived because when I arrived there, the police officer was already speaking to the alien, who explained how the spaceship had broken down.

the arrest

Finally, he found the alien hidden behind a bush. The alien jumped on the officer who fell on his back. Now, both were on the ground, the alien was sitting on the policeman's chest. The poor officer's face was getting more and more red. The alien was too heavy.

Fixing the spaceship Everybody moved around the park looking for any mechanism that could help to repaire the spaceship. The alien and his colleagues used their magic to transform all those mechanical pieces into an object of futuristic technology they used to make the spaceship fly again. At the end, I was there, sitting on the ground considering what had happened. I was really confused since we are talking about aliens. But luckily, everything went well

NOTE

At that moment I thought I could hear a far away voice, It seemed familiar to me. The voice became louder and louder. My eyes were now wide opened when I heard mum shouting ' Ey, Maggy. What the hell are you doing up there? Come out from your dreams little good for nothing and lay the table! Lunch is ready. The End
