Villa

Today a villa is a type of luxurious single-family home, surrounded by a garden, which is built in the most elegant residential areas of the city. Sometimes a villa can be found, in the countryside or near the sea, and it can be often rent by people for a holiday.

This luxurious Villa is located on the outskirts of Milan, in a residential neighborhood. The property enjoys an incredible view completely surrounded by nature with its 1,000 square metre garden. The villa is 400 square metres large and consists of four floors. It has a large heated swimming pool which occupies approximately 90 square metres. The furniture has a contemporary style and the building is enriched by large panoramic windows.The living area is characterised by the ground and first floor, consisting of: a living room, a kitchen, two bathrooms, and a room dedicated to sport.The sleeping area is on the second and third floor, consisting of four bedrooms: one double, two guest bedrooms and a single bedroom. Each room has its own independent bathroom. The apartment also has a large covered veranda overlooking the swimming pool.The total cost of the Villa is € 600,000.

A block of flats is a building with many residential units. Blocks of flats are usually located in the suburbs of a city.The same building, the costs related to renovation and maintenance are borne by all residents.

A farmhouse is usually an old house, dating back to times when the aristocracy lived outside the city walls. A farmhouse is always surrounded by nature.
